The Fortnightly Coaching Call

Every two weeks, we meet online for our live coaching call. Structured and focused teaching, hot seats and Q&A. Growth without overwhelm.

The Community Platform

In between calls, you have access to a private community platform with your cohort and me. Bring questions, share wins, troubleshoot blockers.

The Million Pound Private Practice™ framework recognises that building a successful practice requires you to operate across three distinct roles. Most consultants only ever show up as one: the Expert. This programme teaches you the other two.

Over six to twelve months, we’ll work through everything from niche positioning and patient acquisition, digital marketing, video and AI, smart finance, practice systems and automation, team-building, and the even the head space challenges (such as the fear of standing out or leaving the NHS). This is the full methodology. Not a highlights reel.

The 1-to-1 programme includes done-with-you marketing implementation: a bespoke website build, professional photography, a full execution team working alongside you, and deeply personalised coaching. The PPN Accelerator delivers the same curriculum and direct access to me, but in a cohort setting and without the implementation layer. It’s the full methodology, not a watered-down version. Just a different format and a different investment level.

Because more than that and the coaching quality drops. Six people means everyone gets real airtime on every call. It means I know exactly where each person is in their journey and it means the peer dynamic of people genuinely learning from each other, which actually works. I’ve seen large group programmes where you’re just watching calls happen to other people. This is very interactive.

The fortnightly call is the commitment. If life genuinely intervenes once, that’s understandable. Consistent non-attendance isn’t fair to the group, and it means you won’t get the results you’re paying for. When you apply, I’ll ask about your schedule to make sure the call time works. If it doesn’t, it’s better to wait for the next cohort than to join and not show up.

Yes. In fact, that uncertainty is exactly what this programme is designed to address. We’ll model the finances, plan the timeline, and get you to a point where you can make an informed decision rather than a frightened one. You don’t need to have decided. You just need to be serious making Private Practice your main financial gig.

It’s a private, dedicated space for your cohort of six in an online platform called Clarity Flow- not a big noisy community where your posts get buried. You can share updates, ask questions, upload things for feedback, and have direct conversations. I’m active in there. Between calls, it’s where the progress continues.

Cohorts start on a rolling basis, but places are limited to six. When a cohort fills, it fills. The best way to secure your place is to apply early. I’ll have a conversation with you before you’re accepted to make sure this is genuinely the right programme for where you are.
