Our website build process

  • We’ll meet on Zoom to discuss your Private Practice, your clinical ‘niche’ and the kinds of patients you wish to attract. We’ll explore the kind of website designs you like, and the style and tone you wish your site to have. We discuss the web pages you will need (up to eight pages), and any integrations you may need included in the site (e.g. integrating your practice management software’s online booking).

  • We’ll send you a detailed proposal and set a date for the website to be built and launched.

  • Cheryl, our web designer will produce two bespoke design concepts based on our discussions and your style preferences. She’ll ask you to gather together any clinical images or a logo you wish to include in your website. Don’t have a logo? We have a logo design service.

  • I will take you through copy ‘interview’ process over zoom, which takes around two hours. I then carry out a deep dive into keyword research for the copy, and a competitor analysis. You get on with your clinical work, whilst the website copy is written for you, and particular attention is paid to clinical accuracy and your individual tone of voice.

    I will take you through a final one hour editing process on Zoom, so you’re entirely happy with the copy.

  • The build day arrives. Cheryl will meet with you in person, or on zoom, for the website build day. She’ll bring together the design, the copy, and the images in real time with you, so that it has the look and feel you’re after, and all the tweaking is done with your input.

  • Cheryl will teach you how to confidently add content and make changes to your website, and then at the end of the afternoon, your website goes live!
